Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair commercial HVAC systems

Perform preventive maintenance

Troubleshoot RTUs, split systems, boilers, and controls

Communicate clearly with customers and office staff

Maintain clean job sites and accurate service documentation

Participate in rotating on-call schedule (if applicable)
Qualifications
-
3+ years HVAC experience (commercial preferred)

Valid driver’s license with clean record

Strong troubleshooting skills

Professional communication and customer service skills

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work at heights

Work independently while representing Synergy Mechanical Services professionally in the field
